MAX HAGGAS

As founder of Haggas Promotions Agency and a Registered FA Intermediary, my entire working life has been dedicated to the management of players looking to make their dream into a reality, with a special focus on coaching, talent identification and data analysis.

It's fair to say Football is my passion!

My career began at Corinthian Casuals as a youth coach, whilst still at school, studying for my A - Levels; managing the successful U9 team for two seasons and contributing to the progression of the players. In this time, I achieved my FA Level One in Coaching Football certificate as well as an enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service check). This lead to working with Nigel James at his academy; Nigel James Elite Coaching Academy during the Summer of 2020, and being mentored by Mark Robinson; the former AFC Wimbledon manager and current Chelsea U23's manager. My understanding of the hard work and dedication needed to succeed at the higher levels of the game is key to the mindset of my coaching today. During the Summer of 2021, I worked with Saul Isaksson-Hurst at the PDA academy, whose clients list includes names such as Max Aarons and others, allowing me to further understand the required expectations of a top coach and adapting to specific players' needs.

September 2021 commenced with my enrolment at Oxford Brookes University, studying Sport, Coaching and Physical Education BSc (Hons). Whilst gaining a 2:1 in my first year at University, I decided to challenge myself and work with the Women's First Team at Ebbsfleet United in Performance Analysis. This allowed me to enter into the professional world of sport and gain an insight into the more tactical side of football. This then led to me gaining two jobs at the the Oxford United Academy in both performance analysis and talent identification. The analysis department aids me in the tactical side, whilst talent identification enables me to identify the required attributes of the player, needed to succeed. My experience has allowed me to deliver results both on and off the pitch, with the desire to therefore promote players to the wider known clubs near your location.

During the 23/24 season I will be working for the First Team at Corinthian Casuals within the scouting department; as an identifier of talent in semi professional football and beyond.
